Appointments and Cancellations
Please
note our request for at least a 24 hour advance notice of appointment cancellation. If less than 24 hour cancellation or No
Show, we will need to request a credit card for your next appointment. Multiple services and spa package appointments require
a credit card. If less than 48 hour notice a 50% charge will be added, and No Shows will be charged 75%. Thank you for understanding
that we make our living by reserving time for our clients. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
